ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Jaime Baker is a Latino filmmaker, producer, and talent manager whose work explores identity, belonging, and the hidden forces that shape human behavior.
After more than twenty years representing artists across film, television, theater, and advertising, he has built a career centered on storytelling in all its forms. As founder of Baker Entertainment and Baker Management, he has guided creative talent while developing a unique perspective on the personal journeys, ambitions, and conflicts that inform powerful narratives.
In 2025, he made his filmmaking debut with the short film SANGRE (BLOOD) and completed production on CONVOKE, his first feature film, which he wrote, directed, and produced. Drawing inspiration from both socially conscious cinema and elevated genre storytelling, his work often examines questions of memory, identity, power, and transformation through deeply human characters navigating extraordinary circumstances.
A native New Yorker, Baker is fluent in Spanish and Italian and holds degrees from Syracuse University College of Law and Binghamton University.
